WXLV 90.3 FM in Schnecksville, PA, has won the Broadcast Electronics "Flextreme Makeover" contest, qualifying the noncommercial station for a free BE AudioVAULT FleX automation software for its studios. A panel of BE judges selected WXLV FM, which is part of Lehigh Carbon Community College, among several applicants in part because of the station’s unique operating environment and studio conditions, most notably its home-made automation system.
